Flexible but Birmingham preferable Key Responsibilities: Lead profitable growth for assigned trade lanes in Ocean (FCL & LCL) and Air. Develop and execute strategies to increase volumes and drive new business. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to explore and expand business opportunities. Build strong relationships with key partners and act as their primary contact. Monitor trade performance and provide insights to senior leadership. Stay informed on market trends and ensure competitiveness in rate offerings. Travel regularly to meet customers and partners and deepen market understanding.
