As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will deliver exceptional care to patients while supporting the veterinary team in a variety of responsibilities, including: Anaesthesia Management: Monitoring anaesthetics and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Clinical Documentation: Maintaining precise and thorough patient notes. Treatment Delivery: Administering treatments as instructed by veterinarians. Client Communication: Providing updates to pet owners with clarity and compassion. Hygiene Standards: Keeping surgical rooms and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness. Veterinary Assistance: Supporting during both routine and advanced procedures. Animal Care: Quickly attending to the needs of any unsettled or distressed patients. Stock Oversight: Monitoring and replenishing clinical supplies. Experience: A proven background in veterinary nursing, including nurse consults, GA monitoring, and surgical assistance. Qualifications: A Veterinary Nursing Degree (or equivalent) and RCVS registration. Teamwork: A collaborative and adaptable approach to working within a supportive team.
