Essential Qualifications:

Psychology students, or those with a passion for SEND/SEMH Role Responsibilities: As a

SEND/Mental Health Support Assistant , your role will include: Supporting students with SEND and SEMH needs

to engage in classroom activities and thrive in their learning environment. Assisting with behavioral management

and promoting emotional well-being for students with mental health challenges or additional needs. Helping to implement individualized strategies

and interventions, ensuring that each student can participate fully in their education. Encouraging social and emotional development

to build confidence and positive peer interactions. Providing support to teachers and SEND staff,

helping to deliver tailored learning plans for students. Monitoring and tracking students’ progress

to identify any additional support needed. Fostering a safe and inclusive environment

where students feel supported and motivated to succeed.
