Key Responsibilities
Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions. Provide updates:
Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance. Handle administration duties:
Perform administrative tasks accurately. Client Support:
Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most. Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.
