Conor, 5, lives at home with his parents and big brother. He is energetic and loves learning, story time, and trips to the park. Conor has Dyskinetic Cerebral Palsy and requires 2:1 support, 24/7. He is making excellent progress with the support of his therapy and care team. Overview of role:
Conor’s team provides 2:1 support day and night, promoting his independence and providing hands-on support with all areas of his ADLs, personal care, and self-help skills. His team works collaboratively to ensure Conor has the highest standard of support. Training in self-regulation and anxiety management is provided. Who this job would suit:
