Paralegal – Enable Trustee Service

£30k per annum pro rata (DOE)

Enable is a visionary charity and leader of social care and employability support services to people with a learning disability across Scotland. We also provide specialist trust management services via our subsidiary Enable Trustee Service.
We have a unique opportunity for a Paralegal to join our in-house Legal and Corporate Governance team.
We are looking for a Paralegal with demonstrable private client experience, preferably in trust management, who will have operational responsibility for the service. You will ensure all aspects of trust management duties and tasks are carried out in line with individual trust deed provisions and applicable legislation. The role shall be reportable to management who oversee the work parameters of this role.
