75-90,000 + car allowance + bonus + package An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pre-Construction Manager to join a leading name in the UK construction industry who deliver high value complex projects for key clients in the Power & Energy sectors. With a proven track record in managing pre-construction activities for large-scale infrastructure ventures, you'll lead the coordination of design, procurement, programming, and risk management. Candidate You'll be an experienced Pre-Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager with a strong background in major, complex infrastructure projects valued at 50M+. Your expertise will include: A proven track record in leading pre-construction on complex, multi-stakeholder projects in sectors like transport, energy, water, or civil engineering. In-depth knowledge of procurement, design, and pre-construction processes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively under pressure. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. A results-driven mindset, passionate about delivering world-class infrastructure.
