HR Project Officer (12-Month FTC) £30,000 - £31,500 & Benefits Newark (Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office and the rest from home)

Are you a detail-oriented, people-focused HR professional looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Project Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing primarily on an important project that will shape the future of our client's workforce.

The Role: This role is project-driven, with some operational duties, and will focus on:

Leading a company-wide job evaluation project, collaborating with hiring managers to refine and develop accurate job profiles for over 250 roles. Managing and maintaining control of job specifications, ensuring clarity and precision throughout the process. Gathering and acting on feedback from employees at all levels to support the evolution of job descriptions. Occasionally supporting recruitment activities and the HR team with other projects as needed.

What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone who is: Highly detail-oriented: You'll need to stay on top of the project and ensure accuracy at every stage. Organised and proactive: You'll have excellent time management skills and be able to work independently. A strong communicator: You'll need to engage with employees and managers confidently and build relationships effectively. Passionate and hardworking: You're someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys a challenge. ER experience is not essential, as the focus will be on the project.
