About The Nursery:
This Haling Park Nursery is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner! They are passionate about delivering high-quality early years education and care and are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the Team.
Job Role:
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an essential role in supporting the development of Early Years Children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will be responsible for ensuring that all children receive the best care, education, and support while encouraging their individual growth and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework. Support children's learning and development through play-based activities. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and development files. Work closely with parents and carers to build positive relationships and ensure children's needs are met. Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall running of the nursery. Support the planning and implementation of activities to encourage children's development across all areas. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent). Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. Passionate about providing high-quality care and education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
