Senior Quantity Surveyor . Currently, they have approximately 8 projects running concurrently, including a Wind Farm (ROI), Infrastructure project (NI), Utilities (NI), and a number of other framework projects. Duties:
Estimating costs: Calculating the cost of materials, labor, and timeframes. Managing budgets: Ensuring that construction work is completed within the projected budget. Liaising with clients: Understanding the client's needs and requirements. Preparing documents: Creating tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Managing risk: Identifying and assessing commercial risks. Valuing work: Valuing completed work and arranging for payments. Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. Person Specification:
