Your day to day will include: Regular financial reporting; processing and administration of applications for payment upstream and downstream and managing relationships with the Client and the appointed professional team. Collaborative working with all external and internal stakeholders will be crucial, including mentoring/managing an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to contribute to the growth of the hub. Working on a portfolio of projects predominately involving the refurbishment of buildings across the Blue Light, Health, Education, Retail, and commercial sectors, with a focus on works that are safety critical and involve significant fire and general safety risk.
