The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacy Manager should have:
A valid GPhC registration.
Experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of relevant pharmacy regulations and legislation.
Ability to effectively handle pharmacy operations and sales.
