Purovets are proud to have an amazing opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a purpose-built, independent, vet-owned, RCVS-accredited small animal practice in Hertfordshire. With an experienced and close-knit team of veterinary surgeons and nurses, you will be working in purpose-built premises that are equipped with the most up-to-date facilities to make sure that both the client and their pet will have a pleasant, professional experience while visiting the practice. The practice itself is purpose-built and recently renovated, meaning they are equipped with all the best facilities and kit such as ultrasound, digital DR X-ray system, dental facilities including Dental X-rays, full in-house IDEXX lab, endoscope, laparoscopy kit, class IV laser, Advance AI diagnostic tools such as Imagyst, Signalpet and HT-vista, 2 consultation rooms, a fully-equipped theatre including orthopaedic kits, Tonometer and much more! The brilliant team is made up of four vets, 3 RVNS, 1 PCA and a wonderful reception team. They have a well-established and growing client base that provides an interesting array of cases. The practice was established in 1985 in the Hatfield area and now has a flagship branch in St Albans; they pride themselves on being a local, independent, vet-owned practice that deliver a whole new standard of animal care. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious small animal vet to join a dynamic, privately-owned practice! The practice is looking for a certificate holder, with the most beneficial specialisations being internal medicine, surgery, and ophthalmology. That being said, they are more than happy to consider other specialist interests as well! This is a full-time position with a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota and no out of hours work, allowing you to maintain a good work life balance. You will be working in Hatfield, a town in Hertfordshire that is known for its historical significance and beautiful parks. The town has a blend of modern amenities and rich heritage, making it a charming place to live and visit. Hatfield boasts excellent transport links, including the A1(M) motorway and direct train services to London, making commuting convenient, quick and easy. Role:

Salary up to £80,000 DOE 4 days a week, 9 hours a day (opening hours are 8:30am - 7pm) 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am - 12pm No OOHs Benefits:
