Join a specialist team sitting within a global media agency, conceptualised to lead on clients’ complete programmatic strategy. Taking a holistic view, fine-tuning their ad-tech stack to allow for a platform which can tailor itself around their needs to devise a long-term road map of their marketing objectives. As a Programmatic Account Manager/ Programmatic Trader, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of programmatic campaigns through your team of programmatic traders & account executives. Develop your team to be able to deliver on a range of campaign metrics, taking a mentoring role to evolve their careers. Manage your own set of campaigns, and work with your seniors to deliver insights and analytics on campaign performance which will assist on the long-term campaign objectives. Minimum Requirements: Experience managing/mentoring a team of programmatic traders. Able to deliver against a multitude of campaign deliverables. Strong working knowledge of at least one main DSP (e.g., DBM, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, etc.).
