Job Description Manage and lead the production team during assigned shifts. Ensure production targets are met in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor and control production processes to maintain quality standards. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on the production floor. Coordinate with other shift managers for smooth shift transitions. Resolve any production-related issues or disputes that may arise. Participate in training and development activities for the production team. Report on shift performance to the higher management. The Successful Applicant A successful Production Shift Manager should have: A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Experience in a leadership role within a production environment. Strong knowledge of FMCG industry practices and standards. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
