We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of dental procedures, patient management, and the latest advancements in dental technology.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, fillings, extractions, and preventative care.
Interpret medical imaging to diagnose oral health issues accurately.
Maintain thorough patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options available.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques into practice as appropriate.
Experience
A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is essential.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified dentists.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy as it pertains to dental health is required.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort are essential.
Ability to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
Compensation
UDA rate £13+ depending on experience.
Pay: £86,806.00-£95,716.00 per year.
