We have a fantastic opportunity for a deputy manager to join our team at Cherry Pips Day Nursery, Rochford, Essex. We offer you a bright, stimulating purpose-built nursery, rated Good by Ofsted in November 2023.

We are looking for a highly motivated, room-based deputy manager who will offer our children high quality inclusive early years education and care. We take great pride in being a friendly, inclusive setting that puts children and their families at the heart of our practice.
Minimum Requirements:
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification. Full and relevant DBS. Level 3 Safeguarding. 2 years recent Senior position experience. Full and relevant level 3 paediatric certificate. Responsibilities:
Work with the manager and deputise as required, confidently managing the day-to-day running of the nursery to the high standards that Cherry Pips delivers. Have a minimum of 2 years Senior Early Years Practitioner experience. Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and current Ofsted statutory guidance. Support the nursery management team to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the setting's policies and procedures. Lead a team of highly dedicated and qualified early years practitioners. Have an extensive understanding of all areas of safeguarding. Possess a sound knowledge of safer recruitment. Be a proactive member of the team, providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. Work as part of a team to ensure all children reach their full potential. We Offer You:
