THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has become available for an outgoing and persuasive Physiotherapist at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club. The individual must be optimistic and upbeat, flexible with others, and someone who is very comfortable meeting new people.
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will hold excellent attention to detail and be an experienced Physiotherapist. They will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
As the Academy Physiotherapist, you will be expected to:
Provide an evidence-based quality of care, treatment and rehabilitation of injured players (U9-U16’s).
Assist in the organisation, development and implementation of screening (including growth and maturation) for all Academy players as part of the process to aid injury prevention strategies.
Contribute towards maintaining and developing the clubs EPPP sports medicine criteria.
Have a flexible approach to cover Academy injury clinics / training sessions and matches where required.
