An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to lead the clinical team across a thriving 2-site small animal practice in Yeovil and Sherborne. This dynamic mixed practice handles both large and small animal caseloads, supported by a dedicated team of Registered Veterinary Nurses, Trainee Nurses, and a support crew. With two certificate holders on board and a specialist in Laparoscopic spays, the practice is at the forefront of veterinary care, offering an exciting and varied caseload for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

You will oversee the smooth running of clinical operations, ensuring the highest standard of patient care, and lead a passionate team that values teamwork, innovation, and communication. Regular team-building events, active support of local charities, and close ties with the farming community reflect the practice's strong connection with both the team and the local area.
