We are a well-established nursing home located in the heart of Nantwich, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to create care plans, administer medications, and monitor the overall well-being of our residents. Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Monitor residents' health conditions, recognizing any changes, and acting promptly to address them. Provide support and guidance to care staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent care. Liaise with residents' families, offering updates and support regarding their loved one's care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Qualifications

A valid NMC Pin (Nursing and Midwifery Council registration). Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of care planning. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a commitment to providing person-centred care. Experience

1-year previous experience in a nursing home or similar environment is preferred.
