Monitor residents' health conditions, recognizing any changes, and acting promptly to address them. Provide support and guidance to care staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent care. Liaise with residents' families, offering updates and support regarding their loved one's care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Qualifications
A valid NMC Pin (Nursing and Midwifery Council registration). Skills
