Responsibilities: The assessment of needs, planning and delivery of care, from assessment to discharge from services. Implementing & evaluating care plans collaboratively with services users, carers & other professionals. Support the caseload, oversee, and manage the risk by carrying out clinical risk assessments and mitigating risks. Qualifications and Requirements: Fully enhanced valid DBS Must have NMC registration. Must have experience providing mental health assessments.
