Managing the sales function and supervising, training, and motivating a small team of Sales Order Processors. Ensuring the efficient management of customer orders from instigation stage through to delivery. Taking orders from clients via telephone and email and allocating stock required to meet order requirements. Liaising extensively with clients and dealing with any delivery or customer service issues that arise. Reconciling bank statements on a weekly basis and ensuring all payment receipts are received on time. Maintaining staff records, recording holiday and sickness absences, and recruiting new staff members.
