Teesside Hospice is recruiting for a Director of Income Generation. Hours: Full Time Onsite in Middlesbrough with some hybrid working. Are you looking for one of the best jobs in fundraising? We’re looking for a talented and effective Director of Income Generation to lead our highly performing fundraising, retail, and marketing teams. As an established leader in your field, you will have a track record of leading successful teams. Your natural ability to build meaningful relationships will mean you have credibility within the hospice and our supporters and partners from a wide range of backgrounds. Your knowledge and forward thinking will help us grow further in order for us to continue delivering the specialist palliative and end of life care services our community has relied on for over forty years. You will be driven by your values, putting supporter care at the heart of our income generation activity. Maintaining and developing your team of paid staff and volunteers will be equally important to you. As a key member of the hospice leadership team, you will bring both strategic thinking and operational planning to our wide portfolio of income generating activities. These activities have changed and developed over our history and we want your experience of leading on transformational change to play a critical role in keeping us at the forefront of hospice fundraising.
