Requirements:
Strong analytical skills with experience in payment reconciliation.
Proven ability to manage high-volume payments in a B2B environment.
Experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiencies.
Familiarity with
payment gateways ,
merchant accounts , and
payment processors . Knowledge of
PCI DSS compliance
and other security standards. Understanding of
credit card networks
(e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Experience with
payment authorization ,
capture ,
settlement , and
chargeback process . Awareness of regulatory requirements (e.g.,
anti-money laundering (AML) ,
Know Your Customer (KYC) ) related to payments. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
