Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring that people who use our services receive the support they both expect and deserve. Our Team Leaders oversee care workers in the community and the planning of care packages. Our Team Leaders get to make a difference in the lives of care workers and service users, every day. No two days are the same, which makes it so much more exciting for you!

The role is based at our Southampton branch; however, you will be required to travel to service users' homes, so a driving license and use of a vehicle is essential.
As a Live In Team Leader you will:
Supervise, mentor and lead the care team in delivering an exceptional standard of care to our service users. Provide personalised support to care workers both in the field and offer guidance remotely. Create person-centred care plans and risk assessments for people who use the service, using a computerised care planning system. Review packages of care and adjust them according to the service users' needs. Audit communication logs, medication charts and financial records. Be the face of Elite Live-In Care within the local community. Participate in a backup/on-call rota. Maintain good relationships with care workers, service users, stakeholders and the office team.
