The Investment Compliance & Risk Team Lead will play a key role in embedding business controls and act as a driving force in our continued development. Experience and Skills Essential:
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Math’s, Minimum 2:1
3-4 Years Regulatory experience or Technology Experience
Excellent Client Servicing and relationship management Skills
Desirable:
Masters Degree or further studies in asset management fields.
Working knowledge of UCITS Investment Compliance or data analytics.
Experience of process improvement and delivery
Exposure to trial balances and/or fund accounting experience.
Project management experience
Strong experience of coding and testing investment guidelines. Using systems like MIG21, Charles River, Linedata, Latentzero, Alladin. Preferably with experience of UCITS and the 1940 Act.

Deliver dynamic and robust ‘Business as Usual’ leadership.
Responsible for conduct of internal processes.
Promote operational excellence within your team and Ensure delivery of excellent customer service
Provide leadership and support to your team members and the wider BAU team.
Liaison with Internal projects and relationship management teams
Provide Support & Performance Management along side Team Manger
