• Overseeing the efficient operation of manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency • Developing staff skills through monitoring, coaching, and training • Ensuring production schedules and efficiency goals are achieved • Building and leading a cohesive team to meet departmental and company goals • Following and enforcing company policies related to safety, quality, and equipment maintenance Requirements:
