About the Role

As an Associate Director Building Surveyor, you'll play a key role in expanding the consultancy's expertise in party wall matters, retrofit solutions, and ESG initiatives. Ideal for a client-oriented professional, this position will see you managing a diverse project portfolio and mentoring junior colleagues. Key Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing quality standards for building projects to ensure they meet specifications and comply with regulations. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing quality expectations, and effectively resolving any issues. Leading pre- and post-contract work, including contract administration and project oversight. Conducting detailed building surveys and assessments, compiling compliance reports, and producing rental and capital value reports. Performing regular site inspections to verify adherence to plans and industry standards, collaborating with stakeholders to address quality-related issues. Ideal Candidate:

Chartered Building Surveyor with 4+ years of experience, ideally in residential and educational sectors. Confident in a client-facing role with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Skilled in quality assurance processes, knowledgeable of building regulations, and experienced in contract administration. Strong communication skills for report writing and client presentations. Flexible, adaptable, and adept at resolving complex project challenges. Benefits Include:
