Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and address any issues or concerns proactively. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify procurement needs and specifications. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards. Streamline procurement processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. Analyse market trends, monitor industry developments, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Prepare and present reports, budgets, and forecasts related to procurement activities. Qualifications: Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within the construction or engineering sector. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
