Operational Credit Manager – Rochdale (Hybrid)

My client is a family-owned independent motor finance company that has been established for a great deal of time. They are looking for a Lending Manager to come on board and join the team. You will be in charge of different areas within the business including Underwriting/ payouts etc. Skills And Experience: You’re a proven leader with experience managing a team in a lending/underwriting environment (ideally motor finance or asset-based lending). You possess a deep understanding of credit risk, customer affordability assessments, and KYC regulations. You’re a process improvement champion with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. You have a keen eye for detail and a dedication to accuracy and compliance.
