Demand Planner

to join their team in East Sussex (5 days in the office). In this role, you will play a crucial role in forecasting, planning, and managing the company's inventory levels ensuring optimal product cover while minimising excess stock and associated costs. This a great opportunity for a strong Demand Planner to be part of a BCorp company with 700% growth who is very focused on the growth and development of the business and the employees. In this role, you will:

Analyse the forecast by using historical sales data, uplift from promotional activities, forecast accuracy performance and business targets. Support supply planning to deliver on time and in full dispatch to customers at optimal inventory levels through confidence in the plan. Ensure key forecast decisions are made with the appropriate amount of lead time to ensure successful execution. Own and present demand consensus clearly identifying the gap between demand and financial forecasts along with aligned Risk and Opportunities. Work closely with the strategy team to review and provide feedback on any NPD and recommend future SKU rationalisation based on insights. Reporting as part of the monthly S&OP process on forecast accuracy and implementing changes to improve forecast accuracy over time. About you:

3+ years of experience in Demand Planning ideally within in Food & Bev/Cosmetics/Pharma SME or start up experience is essential. Highly analytical, can build strong working relationships and has a genuine proactive and 'can do' attitude. Excellent prioritization & organizational skills.
