They are looking for qualified Registered Mental Health Nurses who are passionate about patient care and committed to providing a safe and therapeutic environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering high standards of care for patients’ mental and physical health. Acting as a role model and providing leadership to junior staff. Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Engaging in supervision, appraisal, and continuous professional development. Supporting recruitment and retention efforts.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities

Excellent clinical knowledge based on evidence-based practice. Experience with care plans, risk assessments, and report writing. Knowledge of Mental Health Act legislation and statutory regulations. Experience in staffing, skill mix, and leading shifts. Commitment to supporting junior staff and students.
