About the Role: As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional person-centred care in a safe and nurturing environment. This is a

full-time, permanent, office-based

role.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a dedicated team of care professionals to deliver high-quality dementia nursing care. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain our

'Good'

rating. Oversee the operational and financial performance of the home, ensuring effective resource management. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external agencies to enhance the well-being of residents. Implement and monitor care plans to ensure residents' needs are met in line with best practices. Handle HR responsibilities including recruitment, training, and staff development. Maintain a safe, secure, and caring environment for both residents and staff.

Requirements: Nurse-qualified candidates

must hold valid NMC registration. Non-nurse candidates

must hold an

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management

or equivalent. Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a care home or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge and understanding of dementia care. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team with a compassionate, resident-focused approach.
