Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a well-established and highly regarded care home near Ringmer, Sussex. Their home has earned a Good CQC rating and provides high-quality care to residents, with a focus on dignity, respect, and well-being.
As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continued success of the care home, delivering excellent standards of care while leading a committed team of staff. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding standards, and health and safety guidelines. Develop and implement person-centred care plans, tailored to each resident's individual needs. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure a motivated, competent team. Foster a positive and inclusive working environment. Engage with residents and their families to maintain strong relationships and provide excellent customer service. Drive improvements in care quality, striving for continuous enhancement of service standards.
Ideal Candidate: Registered Manager experience or a strong Deputy Manager looking to step up. NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred. Solid understanding of dementia care and care home operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A passion for providing high-quality care and supporting residents and staff. Sound knowledge of CQC standards and the regulatory framework within the care industry.
