We are looking for a highly enthusiastic individual to join our microbiological lab. We are looking for people who can work as part of a team and take pride in getting it right.
The laboratory operates from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday. As a microbiology technician you will be working 8 hour shifts within these hours. Weekend work may also be required.
You will be expected to perform the following tasks:
Prepare food and water samples for microbiological analysis Transfer prepared samples to culture media Monitor incubator and refrigerator temperatures daily Additional tasks as required Skills required
