Senior Business Development Manager - ESG & Climate Change Are you passionate about driving sustainable growth and making a global impact? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our clients ESG & Climate Change team. Working for a top global law firm, this role offers a unique opportunity to work across sectors and regions, influencing senior leadership and contributing to our global strategy. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of ESG and Climate Change initiatives, working with a diverse and innovative team. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:

Provide strategic and tactical advice to drive growth, working closely with regional leads in the UK, US, and EMEA. Collaborate with the global ESG Chair to deliver on key priorities and monitor the implementation of initiatives. Client Engagement:

Act as the ESG and Climate Change liaison with Client Relationship Managers for priority clients. Develop and maintain an understanding of our ESG offering across the different sectors to identify opportunities and drive profitable revenue. Market Intelligence:

Research and provide market intelligence to identify trends for client targeting initiatives. Coordinate growth opportunities with other practice areas and sector specialists. Profile Raising:

Work with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams to deliver profile-raising initiatives, including content strategy and thought leadership. Facilitate client events, roundtables, and webinars across jurisdictions. Project Management:

Maintain robust BD infrastructure for the ESG and Climate Change Practice Groups. Ensure accurate reporting of projects and pitches, and maintain standard materials for pitches and capability statements. What's needed: Solid experience in a business development role within a legal or partnership environment, with a focus on practice development and strategic selling. Working knowledge of ESG topics and issues, with experience in the subject area preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with partners and business services. Proven expertise in project management and strategic planning.
