Main duties that you will cover as a Service Advisor:
Be customer-friendly and ensure you provide the best service to customers.
Meet and greet customers in the service reception.
Work within a team and deliver excellent service.
Book in vehicles and advise on the duration of repairs.
Possess knowledge of the motor trade.
Be well-presented.
