Technical Programme Manager

to join our team in Auckland. About the role As the Technical Programme Manager, you’ll be the primary interface with customers at the highest level, ensuring seamless project execution and ongoing success. You’ll need to be both technically adept and a strong communicator, able to speak the language of our customers’ technical teams, while also effectively engaging with senior stakeholders. This role requires not just project management but also a passion for our solutions and a drive to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. To ensure your success, you’ll collaborate closely and effectively with internal technical teams to identify, scope, and deliver solutions that meet client needs while effectively managing expectations and resolving issues. You’ll also be responsible for overseeing the Statement of Work (SOW) process, delivering customer quotes, and managing sales orders. Your project management skills will ensure timely delivery of commitments, keeping projects on track, and driving results within Fingermark. Additionally, you’ll identify growth opportunities within existing customer accounts, leveraging your strategic insights to expand our presence. By working cross-functionally, you’ll ensure we consistently exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional value. This role would suit a project manager at an intermediate level looking to manage multiple projects. About you Ideally your experience and background will align with the majority of the following: Experience in restaurant operations, ideally within the QSR industry. Excited about data and its use in driving real-time and strategic decision-making. A solid understanding of AI technologies (generative AI, deep learning, and machine learning). Familiarity with the corporate budget cycle and knowledge of what drives business outcomes. Strong communication skills to present and persuade at all levels, from technical teams to senior management. Experience with some of the following technologies: Point of Sale Systems, Database Architecture, Computer Vision, Reporting Tools, Network Technology, Cloud Hosting & Applications.
