Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of change management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of change initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to change requests.
Proactively identify and address potential issues in change processes.
