Responsibilities: Delivering outstanding customer service, including handling enquiries, order progression, quotations, billing, and issue resolution. Liaising daily with management, team leaders, and operational staff. Overseeing projects on and off-site and developing strong relationships with key customers and internal staff. Acting as a key point of escalation for day-to-day issues, ensuring operational procedures are followed to maintain current accreditations.
