You will be working within our Construction London & Home Counties business, where you will: Successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion. Deliver work that meets project requirements. Work autonomously with self-awareness on when and where to get support. Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the project. Ideally you will have:

Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on Residential/Care/Educational schemes between £10 and £40 million. Experience of running multiple projects. Experience of managing client-facing interactions. What are we looking for?

As an experienced Project Manager, you will have a good understanding of JCT, NEC contracts, and government frameworks. You will be educated to degree, HNC/HND level or be professionally qualified in a relevant technical discipline. You will have proven experience of working with and managing contractors on complex construction projects. You will also have a good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance.
