About the role: As a Project Manager for Operations improvement, you will spearhead process improvements with a strong emphasis on automation and the seamless implementation of new product flows across our fulfilment centres. Reporting to the Physical Product & Process Innovation Manager, you will collaborate closely with teams across different locations to drive operational excellence and continuous positive change. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Project Delivery:

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Stakeholder Management:

Engage with senior leaders and external partners to understand needs, provide updates, and address concerns. Process Analysis:

Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions using methods such as Lean Six Sigma. Data Analysis:

Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate process effectiveness and track KPIs using statistical analysis and data visualization tools. Change Management:

Drive organizational change by communicating benefits, managing resistance, and implementing training programs. Continuous Improvement:

Foster a culture of innovation by promoting best practices, facilitating workshops, and encouraging feedback loops. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of process changes, best practices, and outcomes to support future initiatives. Research and Trends:

Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and competitive advantage. Idea Generation:

Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions from diverse perspectives. About you: Have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management with proficiency in waterfall and agile methodologies. Possess experience in production or fulfillment environments, ideally within e-commerce, with knowledge of printing processes and innovations. Hold a PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent, and are familiar with Lean or Lean Six Sigma principles. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Are methodical, analytical, and capable of translating complex information into actionable plans. Have a proactive, hands-on approach and thrive in fast-paced, outcome-focused environments.
