HVAC Contracts Manager
to join their team. The HVAC Contracts Manager will be required to manage and deliver projects within Commercial & Residential properties across the South East. Project values will vary from £1k - £250k, and the Contracts Manager can expect to handle multiple projects at any one time. The Project Manager will be tasked with managing projects from inception to handover and will be responsible for site surveys & quotations. The Project Manager will also be responsible for direct sales to residential & commercial properties. It is expected that the suitable candidate will hold a full Driving Licence & will ideally have some Project/Sales management experience; however, Senior Engineers who are looking for progression will be considered for this position. Live in the South East Strong Air Conditioning knowledge/experience 5 years' previous experience within the HVAC industry Full UK Licence HVAC Contracts Manager Position Remuneration
