Bruckshaw’s are working exclusively with a Cheltenham based business with ambitious expansion plans through acquisition and with long term multi – million £ contracts secured. Working closely alongside the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the regulatory reporting, tax and general management accounts of 2 entities within the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring all finance policies are correctly implemented, controlled, and updated within all UK entities. Lead for all audit information and liaisons. Leading UK tax queries with external advisors. Responsible for management accounts for 2 entities. Creation of any required finance modelling. Responsible for group internal audit, involving internal control. Support of any M&A activity if required. The Ideal Candidate
Be fully qualified ACCA/ICAW. Have good knowledge of IFRS standards. Be very competent in IT skills such as Excel. Have experience with Management accounts and analysis. Have good timekeeping and an ability to meet deadlines. Be able to work well in a team or independently.
