Our client, a highly successful group of four independent small animal practices, is looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their team full-time. Situated in a well sought-after market town in West Suffolk, close to Cambridge, the area offers a vibrant town centre filled with shops, bars, and restaurants.

Led by two experienced Clinical Directors, the practice provides a supportive and knowledgeable environment for professional growth. You'll be joining a talented veterinary team that is deeply committed to caring for the pets in the communities they serve. Our client prioritises the wellbeing and development of their team, creating a culture focused on both personal and professional growth.

The practice is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including an in-house laboratory, ECG, X-ray, ultrasound, and endoscope, and is at the heart of a loyal and friendly community. The ideal candidate will be RCVS registered and have prior experience in a small animal practice. Confidence in your abilities and excellent communication skills are essential.

The Rota: •

Full time role - 4 or 5 day role •

1:4 weekend rota with TOIL (10 hour shifts) •

15 minute consults •

No OOH

The Benefits: •

Excellent salary between £40,000 and £65,000 •
