Western Counties Equine Hospital Western Counties Equine Hospital has a vacancy for an experienced Equine Vet. This is a permanent position in our friendly eleven vet 100% equine first opinion and referral practice based on the Devon/Somerset border. We are a purpose-built, RCVS accredited equine hospital with excellent diagnostic and therapeutic facilities. Applicants seeking a full-time role, compressed to provide a four-day week are invited to apply. 1 in 5 OOH rota (equally shared). The position is largely ambulatory serving a rural region and a diverse range of clients. Following own cases through the hospital is encouraged. You will ideally have at least two years of equine experience and be competent at a full range of ambulatory procedures. Applicants with less than two years' experience will still be considered. Further areas of interest in specific fields would be fully supported. A strong work ethic and a desire to provide a high-quality service to our clients is vital.
