'Good' CQC rating , ensuring high standards of care and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the home. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain our current 'Good' rating. Lead and support staff to provide top-quality care for residents. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Care Home Manager or Deputy Manager. Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a care setting if in a Deputy role.
