Business Development Lead Parts Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive for our parts operations. This person will lead, develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in our Trade parts operations across both the Manchester and Birmingham market areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve parts sales targets in both market areas. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets to expand parts operations. Collaborate with the Group Parts Manager to align business development strategies with overall company objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in Manchester and Birmingham. Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the LSH portfolio. Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. You will have: Proven experience in business development, preferably within the automotive parts industry. Strong sales and marketing skills with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in financial management and budgeting. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively. Full UK Driving Licence essential. This is a field-based role and will require travel throughout the Manchester and Midlands areas. About us
