We are looking for a Senior Retail Business Manager to join one of the world's leading consumer electronics brands.

This exciting position will be focused on delivering the sales and marketing strategy for the TV/AV business in Europe through retail partners and online channels. The three main responsibilities are key account management, new channel/operator development, and market sensing and executive reporting.

This role will: Drive sales through forecasting meaningful metrics, reviewing performance vs target, identifying gaps and finding growth opportunities. Work with internal stakeholders and wider teams to guide product strategies. Define the strategy for new business initiatives, acting as the business lead for identifying opportunities for new channels and driving the recruitment of potential retail partners. Engage with EU Customers at Mid to Senior Level as required and support discussions. Monitor competitor and market trends in the European retail landscape, pinpointing opportunities and understanding potential implications for the business. Support regular reviews with customers, providing insights and recommendations to help drive performance. No direct reports but will have dotted lines into local teams.

We are looking for: Ideally, 10 years of experience working in a commercial/product management role or similar. A strong understanding of the European retail landscape is required and a good understanding of retail critical metrics is preferred. Excellent stakeholder management - able to influence and negotiate with mid to senior-level stakeholders. Possesses the ability to communicate effectively with different cultures in a global organisation. Ability to collaborate with channel partners, internal account managers, product management and marketing departments. Previous experience working in consumer electronics is highly desirable. Must be comfortable working with ambiguity as they will be responsible for creating new ways of working and processes.

This is a Hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week.

The successful candidate must be able to travel to Europe when required.
