November 22, 2024 Salary: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 8a psychotherapist to join our dynamic secondary care team of senior experienced psychotherapists, group analyst, consultant medical psychiatrist and trainees in psychiatry and psychology under supervision. Our friendly and welcoming psychotherapy service is based at Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford and the team has its own clinical space to conduct our therapeutic work. We are particularly keen to hear from applicants with experience working with severe, enduring, and complex mental health presentations and/or those with a core professional training. The post holder will have significant experience working as a psychotherapist in the NHS, assessing and treating complex secondary care patients and offering consultation and supervision to more junior colleagues or colleagues from other teams.
